Our products may appear different online due to resolution, lighting during the photo shoot, etc. To aid in your visualization of the product, we strive to provide you with the best qualtity images. It is our mission to measure up to our company's stringent quality standards.

It is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Therefore, local sales tax rates will be charged on all orders shipping to New York.

All of our gold products are hand-finsihed with 24K Gold. Due to the hand-finished nature of the process, the gold finish may contain variations and brush strokes.

All Bone China items are Dishwasher safe - except for any item containing Gold or Platinum. These instructions are mentioned on the product page as well. We recommend using mild detergent without the use of any scouring detergent or salts. Use of abrasive products may damage the finish of your items.
